Outstanding Experience I was recently involved in an accident with a drunk driver that totaled my previous Elantra. My sales person, Lana Ignacio, was friendly, personable, genuine, and caring. Rather than pressuring me to make a sale, she was more concerned that we were okay after the accident. It was very refreshing to work with a sales associate who was also a real person - you don't find that at all dealerships. I also appreciated the patience of Christian Manzo, the General Manager, for running the financing numbers for me about six different times for different scenarios. If our positions were flipped, I couldn't do what he does every day! Jeff Fleming in financing also went above and beyond, finding me another bank to finance through for a lower interest rate than what I was quoted on the floor. When I initially declined an extended warranty, instead of pushing me to just take it at the going rate or shrugging it off and moving on, Jeff asked me questions to help find discounts that could be applied, eventually working it down to a place where it was affordable for me. Every step of the process was made as easy as possible thanks to the employees at Patrick Hyundai and their dedication to great customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer for my future needs, and would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping around! More

Could not have been easier! Found a car we wanted on cargurus.com, so we contacted the dealership and Bianca answered all of our questions.
