We walk out to look around the lot and Jack came out and asked what we were interested in an explained he was helping someone else and as soon as he was finished he would help us but he did take us over to the sportages and explained the differences and left us and returned less than 2- minutes later. Wonderful help from everyone including Frank who took care of us for the protection package. More
