My pleasant purchase experience with Patrick BMW I live in Indiana but had recently bought a BMW 320i xDrive from Patrick BMW MINI located at 700 E Golf Rd in Schaumburg, Illinois 60173 (1-847- 843-4 I live in Indiana but had recently bought a BMW 320i xDrive from Patrick BMW MINI located at 700 E Golf Rd in Schaumburg, Illinois 60173 (1-847- 843-4000, www.patrickcars.com). I would very much like to share my experience with anyone who is considering buying a BMW vehicle in the near future. It took a lot of time and efforts to buy a car from a location of such a long distance. Before I decided to take the 3.5-hour trip to Schaumburg, it was not possible for me to take a detailed look at the vehicle itself and all the negotiations on purchase price had to be done through emails and phone calls. Fortunately everything turned out to be quite easy for me, because the sales representatives Mr. Vincent Valente and Ms. Daphne Danhof at Patrick were so patient at answering all the questions I raised. We quickly reached a reasonable intended purchase price that I could not find at other dealers. Then on the day I arrived at the Patrick site, I was treated like I am a VIP even though what I was considering buying was an entry-level, relatively inexpensive car. Mr. Valente and several other Patrick associates including the General Sales Manager were so nice to take me through the final test drive and the purchase processes. All of these were done smoothly when they had to take care of many other car buyers and visitors that day. Furthermore, Patrick’s customer service continued immediately after the sale, including providing instruction for online vehicle registration. Buying a new car is a big decision for me, and I highly appreciate my pleasant purchase experience with Patrick BMW. More
