Adam Crews is just the best service writer there is. He remembers who you are, takes time to explain what is going on, follows up like clockwork and always carries a smile. While I wait for my car a friendly face is not hard to find. Bill Pfeffer aka "Bluestone Bill" makes the effort to say hello and check in on how my experience has been so far with BMW - a consummate professional. Then there is Jennifer Kaehu... in my 20+ years as a new car buyer nobody has ever had the exceptional level of follow-up as Jen does. She may just send a text out of the blue to say hello and make sure everything is going well or she may invite me and my family to a Patrick BBQ... rare and appreciated. It's hard not to want to come by and perhaps buy another great car year after year. Hanley should be super proud of the entire BMW team. More

Great Service I am so pleased with my service adviser, Adam Crews. First of all, I came to see him about 5 minutes before he was about to leave for the day. I wan I am so pleased with my service adviser, Adam Crews. First of all, I came to see him about 5 minutes before he was about to leave for the day. I wanted to ask him about some recommended service for my BMW 135i. He spent 1/2 hour with me, which I thought was very nice. We went over what I needed done on my car. I told him I had a Costco warranty, and he said.....no problem. Well, I brought my car in, got a loaner and Adam kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He really took good care of me. He treated me like I just purchased a $100K 7 series. I am so happy with my experience with Adam, and with Patrick BMW in general. I have worked with Adam for almost 10 years.....and I see why he is still at Patrick BMW....he certainly is a valuable employee. 5 stars for Adam and 5 stars for Patrick BMW. More

I was fortunate enough to ask Matthew Page about it and he said that the charge was for the older models not for my year and to see him when the key came in. He also reset my vehicle service info which the service advisor Andy failed to do when the vehicle was serviced a few weeks ago. Matthew is the reason I continue to to visit Patrick BMW. The rest of your service dept. should take lessons from Matthew he is definitely the best! More

Something I noticed about Patrick's luxury brand dealerships is they use a pricing strategy designed to move cars. Seems they take in a number of very clean one-owner trades and want to get those cars sold quickly. That's how I found my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee here back in February. The mileage was a little on the high side for a 5 year old vehicle, but after driving it and looking over the free CarFax report, I could tell the previous owner took good care of it and decided on the purchase. My salesman Gary was beyond helpful. He's a real experienced "car guy" and continues to be helpful anytime I call him. I feel like he's become my "go to" guy anytime something comes up about car shopping with my friends and family. Even when Gary couldn't help me with a car I was inquiring about at another Patrick dealership, he referred me to Steve at Patrick Cadillac who was every bit as pleasant to work with as Gary. I'd recommend checking Patrick dealerships first if you are in the market for a clean pre-owned vehicle. More

Sal is the best sales repre My wife and I have purchased or leased 8 vehicles from Patrick BMW since 2005 with the last six of them from Sal Sapienza. Sal is the best sales representative we have ever dealt with in our lives. He is the only person we have ever actually come back to (over and over now) to get a new vehicle, and is the reason we keep coming to Patrick even though other dealers are closer to our home and office. He makes the experience a pleasure instead of a nightmare! I learned to drive in a 1969 BMW 2002 back in 1972 when you flashed your headlights at other BMW's on the road as there were so few of them in Chicago -people would ask if the acronym stood for "British Motor Works"- I have a '95 M3 with 267,000 miles I have tracked as a Windy City HPDE instructor for over 12 years, and the immaculate CPO 2014 M235i Sal just sold me will go down as one of the best BMW's I will have owned in my lifetime. I also wish to thank John Karoumy in Finance for the hard work he put in overcoming a financing glitch that almost killed the deal. We were wrapping up on Saturday July 1 after closing time and while I got promotional financing from BMW financial for my last vehicle 1.5 years ago (and every one before that) the individual he encountered that evening (who most likely wanted to go home for the Holiday) was unwilling to approve the deal. John found a bank after much exploring and we wrote up a much less attractive financing plan and I drove the M home, but John said he was going to try to do better Monday. While John was supposed to start work at 1PM Monday I saw a message at noon from him to call as he had good news. I found out from Sal he had come to work early and was on a mission to better my deal. He got through to a more rational person at BMW Financial (who I prefer to deal with rather than conventional banks) who easily approved the deal at a good interest rate and I was VERY happy that the financing deal now matched the deal I got on a great M235i. When my wife's owner's choice plan on her 2016 228i x-drive comes up in a couple of years we will be back to see Sal and John again for her next car. Sincerely, Jim Malles More
