My mother is 73 years old has never owed a new car. My wife and I decided to help her get a new car. Steven and Ryan worked with her along with Keesler Federal Credit Union. They were able to get her the wife and I decided to help her get a new car. Steven and Ryan worked with her along with Keesler Federal Credit Union. They were able to get her the best percentage rate possible (11%) and once the bank sees that payments are timely she could refinance and get a lower rate. We will be making the monthly payments. What I liked best about the salesman and sales manager is they gave my mother the rebate of $1000 along with another discount which helped to drop the price. Both men were courteous, professional, and friendly. We were never hassled or pressured to buy and was given the option to take a few days to think on it and comeback if needed. That was GREAT!! Many salesmen pressure customers so they can make the sale but this never happened. Once the deal was closed my mother was so happy and humble that she hugged both Steven and Ryan and thanked them for all their help. My wife and I did the same. We look forward to buying another car or SUV from Pat Peck Kia in the near future. Please give our KUDOS to both Steven and Ryan from Leslie & Maria Hathorn as well as the owner of a new Kia Forte LX Grace Nell Hathorn. Respectfully, The Hathorn Family More

I walked in off the street and made the deal of the day. I knew what I wanted and had the cash and trade in to pay for it. I'm a smart buyer and did my research. Plus, I talked over the deal making process with friends, since it had been eight years. Stephen was a nice guy to work with and the magical money man was pretty good too. I would suggest anyone looking for a Kia to go check them out. No pressure sales and a willingness to negotiate. More
My fiance and I had a great experience buying a car at Pat Peck Kia in D'Iberville. I'm not usually the review-writing type, but Israel and Ryan certainly earned it. They were very friendly, not pushy, and instantly put me at-ease. Israel never hesitated once answering any of my many questions, and seemed genuinely happy to answer all of them. They did a great job working with me to get payments and so on exactly where I needed them to be. We purchased a 2012 Kia Soul. We have two little boys and needed something that we could fit everyone in comfortably, without the children having their knees under their chins in the back seat. The gas milage is great. It has all the odds and ends: bluetooth, airbags everywhere, aux/usb, sat radio... We literally sat in our new car last night enjoying playing with everything. A big thanks to Pat Peck Kia in D'Iberville for their flawless service, dedicated staff, college graduate program, and great vehicles! Way to go Israel and Ryan! More
I bought a new Kia a month ago. At the time, they said that they did not have the 2nd key and that I'd have to come back that weekend to get it. Not a big problem. I went back that weekend to pick up th that they did not have the 2nd key and that I'd have to come back that weekend to get it. Not a big problem. I went back that weekend to pick up the key, so I thought. At that time, I was told that they didn't have the key. They needed to see mine so they could order the second one. I asked why it wasn't done the first time I was there and why I was told that I could come pick it up that weekend. The salesman Dominic said that he never said that. So I guess I just made that up...??? They ordered the key that day and told me to come back in a week. I went back a week later thinking I was going to grab it and go. Wrong again. The both Dominic and the manager said that they have to take my key to the service department to program it with the new one. I sat there for almost 20 minutes only to be told that the key they ordered was defective and they have to order another and to come back in a week. I said I was going out of town and would be in the next weekend. So, I go back today prepared to sit and wait for them to program the keys. Again, wrong. The manage told me that they aren't open on Saturdays, that the guy in the service department isn't there. I asked why I was never told that and he said "we never HAVE been open on Saturdays". So when I said I'd be back the next WEEKEND, and no one said "we aren't open on the weekends", it was my fault... I live almost 20 miles away from the dealership. So far, that's an EXTRA 120 miles and over 3 hours I've wasted and still do not have the 2nd key. Very unfortunate because I really love my new car. You be sure that I will recommend to my friends and family that they do not deal with Pat Pack Kia. More
On 11/12/2009, I purchased a new 2009 Kia Sedona for my mother . We paid $20999.00 cash after a $3000.00 rebate. The salesman and everyone involved seemed to be very nice at the time. Shortly after our pu mother . We paid $20999.00 cash after a $3000.00 rebate. The salesman and everyone involved seemed to be very nice at the time. Shortly after our purchase my mom got sick & passed away on 10/05/10. It was then that we found out the dirty deal that went on. When I went to the courthouse in early November to see about selling the van. I then found out that it was titled to someone else & there was a lean on it. I went to Pat Peck and after waiting about 45 minutes, I spoke with Gina Broussard, the title clerk. I showed her all the receipts. She looked up the file but could not find the title application. She informed me that she was pretty new and that the old title clerk was fired. She was not surprised to find the paperwork missing. She said she had a big stack on her desk that she had been trying to correct. She said she would try to find out something and get back to me as soon as possible. About a week later, she called and left a message on my phone, saying that Capital One had the title & it was in someone else's name. They were sending it back. I've called several times since then. I finally got a call back in the first part of January from Gina telling me that Capital One sent the title on Dec.4, but she had not seen it. Finally today, 1/31/11 Gina called me and said they got a duplicate title and that I could go up there and sign a title application in my mom's name. It would also look like we bought a used van. It's been sitting depreaciating for 4 mos. w/ a little over 6,000 miles. Lawyer? More
