My wife and I had researched our desired car online ahead of time, so a big thumbs up for them keeping their site up-to-date and reliable. ALL of the pertinent information was at our fingertips. The rest of our questions/concerns were answered by our salesman, Sean, and our financial director, Nicole. From the test drive to questions about the prior ownerships, from the warranty to the interest rate, all was adequately and professionally handled (with a healthy dose of charm and humor, as well). The car I purchased was used and had 25,000 miles on it, heated leather seats, panoramic sunroof, navigation, and more. It was purchase that I am very proud to say I made. More

While car shopping online, I found a 2015 Kia Sorento for sale at a Mississippi car dealership called Pat Peck Kia. At first I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle out of state but I emailed the dealership anyway. I immediately got a reply email back and was soon on the phone with Ryan Matheny who was very nice and accommodated me with a day and time for a test drive that fit my schedule. That day and time turned out to be a Friday evening, in a rain storm, during 5 o'clock traffic. I knew I was going to be extremely late for my appointment. During the awful drive to D'Iberville, Mississippi, Chris Peck called to confirm I was still on my way and advised me to be careful and that he would certainly be there when I got there, no matter what time it was. I arrived shortly before closing time, Chris Peck was there as he said he would be, we test drove the car, negotiated, had the paper work done and keys in my hand hours after closing. I was extremely happy with my purchase! I appreciated the fact that Chris Peck stayed as late as he did to get this deal done and I would recommend him and this dealership to my family and friends in the future!!! :-) More
