Speedy and Efficient I dropped my 4Runner off to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I was pleased with how great Edwin and Savannah treated me when I got there! Josh Luttrell the technician came to me in the waiting area as I was surfing the net on the free wifi eating a snack and watching the news and let me know what was done and what maintenance needed to be done in the future. It was nice that someone who was "hands on" my vehicle explained that to me. Then Edwin came to me with my keys and reiterated what Josh told me. It was a great experience and I recommend the service department at Pat Peck Kia to everyone!!! More
