We originally came in to get some service on our 2005 Kia Sadona at the Kia service center. and your manager over there is the one that planted the seed of trade in. Once we decided thats what we wanted to do we decided that Kia was not what we wanted and tried Nissan instead. Upon arrival at Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport we headed over to the Used area as thats what we were in the market for. J. J. meet us in the yard and show us a nice used Pathfinder. After the test drive and all the formalities were out of the way JJ went to work to get us financed. He was unable to do so with a used vehicle but told us to be patient because his mission was to get us in a vehicle that we could afford the payments on and wouldnt put us out on the streets. After about an hour JJ came back with an offer but it wasnt for a used Pathfinder it was for a New Pathfinder. This was quite the surprise to both my wife and ...myself as we thought to answer was going to be "Sorry We just can help you" but that was not the case at all. After the deal was sealed and we were about to drive off the lot for the day JJ made it a special point to run back out to the yard and bid us a good day and to also thank us for our business. I would have to say that my overall opinion of the place was that I was part of the family and was welcome back anytime. If the business place only had a few more people that care about thier jobs and customers the way JJ does we would never have bad reviews. Thanks Raymond Chest More

A finance rep named Randy tried to find me a better loan rate and gave me sound advice on the merits of a "bumper to bumper" warranty. When I returned with payment for my 2009 Kia Rio, James at the front desk automatically recognized me and called my sales rep to the floor without me even having to ask. Lisa was able to answer all my questions and point out small details I didn't think to ask. I give Lisa and Pat Peck staff two thumbs up and a "five star" rating. Pat Peck rocks! More
