I'm a disabled Marine vet, which is kinda obvious from the USMC hat I wear and the handicap sticker on my Honda Pilot. The check engine lights came on while wintering here in Biloxi from Ohio. They charged a $185 diagnostic fee and removed the spark plugs to tell me they are fouled out and need replaced. That and other recommended repairs would have been over $7k, nearly twice the value of the vehicle. I declined. They put the fouled out plugs back in my vehicle and sent me on my way. Had I been the service rep and since plugs were already out, I would have offered a discounted rate to put new plugs back in (which would have been no extra work), thanked the vet for his/her service and made a positive impression. The service rep did neither. While the service delivered was not "bad", they made zero effort to help a military veteran. I'm no worse off having gone there, but I won't go back. More

I can't say anything positive about my experiences with the service department. 3 out of 4 visits have been terrible. The service advisors hardly seem to know what's going on and the mechanics aren't thoro the service department. 3 out of 4 visits have been terrible. The service advisors hardly seem to know what's going on and the mechanics aren't thorough. For example, they don't clear the codes out and expect you to get in your car and drive away with warning lights lit up. They do test drives, so why is this still a problem? This is just one instance out of many. They have dropped the ball several different times, it's impossible to list everything. The attitudes are obvious, the employees are just there to collect a paycheck and leave the second the clock strikes 6pm. I never write bad reviews, but it's unavoidable at this point. I won't be back. Do not give them your business unless you want to be highly inconvenienced and waste your money/ time. More

They diagnosed my issue 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for the part. It's the infotainment computer.
