I simply can't recommend this dealer to anyone. I tried to work with them for over a month and got nowhere. They wouldn't treat me fair on my trade, and were offering me over $1500 less than what four othe to work with them for over a month and got nowhere. They wouldn't treat me fair on my trade, and were offering me over $1500 less than what four other reputable dealers in the area were offering me. I was very interested in two vehicles, but when I asked questions the sales person (Gail) never had answers. She didn't seem to know anything about what she was selling! All she could say was how good the car was... nothing else! I still tried to do business, but the final breaking point was when they tried to deal on another car and showed me what I wanted for my trade. Looked alright.... but the car was on the website for $1000 less then what they were telling me. So they jacked up the price, to get me fair market value on my trade. Thats bad business people, go somewhere else and get a better deal like I did. More

Employee that I worked with me was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. One thing that I noticed was that one of the sales woman(Trisha) that works there sat on one of the manager helpful, and answered all my questions. Our 1st car as a couple was a black 1999 Honda Civic so the reason for our "new" used car search started there. We quickly developed a list of things the next car must have in order for it to even be consi the reason for our "new" used car search started there. We are extremely picky people when it comes to investing larger amounts of money & our list of car needs grew quickly. As we finally collaborated on what the next car must entail we found that it would be an '07 Honda Accord. Ron met with us & walked us through every single step of the way. From greeting us with a friendly smile to the final walk through with the Accord, Ron was patient, knowledgeable & extremely polite. Through his efforts we were confident in our purchase & are extremely pleased with how efficiently the staff that day helped us through our 1st purchase as a couple. I drove the car every day to work. Finally the '99 Civic had its last day & it was time to trade in. We drove both cars into Pat Peck & were instantly greeted with the same friendly faces we left so long ago, roughly 6 months. As we perused the inventory John came up to us & started showing us some of the vehicles we had in mind to replace the Civic. We were shown a CR-V but weren't happy with it. As time drew on John kept us happy & informed. We did stumble upon the new CR-Z which we do want, & through John's confidence in his products felt sure about the purchase, but it was left on the want table. We kept his excellent salesmenship in mind when, a few months later we finalized the replacement of the '99 Civic with an amazing blue '09 Honda Civic. He called us up & kept is in the inventory loop. His dedication & incredible servtitude helped us find THEE PERFECT car for us. It not only fit within our budget as far as replacement vehicle but its fuel efficency keeps our wallets full. As we plan our future together we are making the new list of things our next car should be. We know it will be a Honda & we are thinking about a Pilot since we are now selling our '07 Accord. The money we would pay towards the Accord is now going towards the Pilot fund. so we can save up for a BRAND NEW Pilot. We plan on buying from Pat Peck in the future & John & Ron are our Go-2-Guys for all our vehicle needs. The prices are so reasonable for the years & models that they offer that its hard not to want to buy a brand new car. the temptation & deals that can be made are so great that my wife often has to talk me out of getting a Honda Ridgeline or a brand new Accord or the CR-Z. while the Civic now meets all our needs, our wants fall upon the bigger & newer Hondas...ONE DAY! We'd like to especially thank John for all his patience with us over the past 4 months in getting us into our perfect car & Ron for all the insight & advice he's given us over the past year in all our vehicle questions.
