Ms. Katrina and Mr. John were very professional and knowledgeable. Great people and much appreciated! However, our experience with the sales manager, Ruben Bridges, was not as pleasant. He was rude and knowledgeable. Great people and much appreciated! However, our experience with the sales manager, Ruben Bridges, was not as pleasant. He was rude and arrogant. He also failed to tell me that the security icon that costs $699 was optional, until I was about to back out of the deal for the second or third time. He seemed to be going around in circles trying to explain the actual numbers on the contract. His answer to almost every question was “taxes and fees". My husband is also planning to buy a truck from you soon. We asked when Ruben had a day off and were told that he is off on Wednesday. That is the day that we will come in to purchase the truck to avoid dealing with him. I would again like to reiterate how awesome Katrina and John were. More
