My husband and I shopped for several months to find just what we wanted. We had been to several dealerships and dealt with quite a few not so honest salesmen. I walked away from a few just because I am not what we wanted. We had been to several dealerships and dealt with quite a few not so honest salesmen. I walked away from a few just because I am not going to buy from someone who promises one thing and then changes it when you get there. John Palmer was great. He was very open and honest about price, problems the car had (very minor), gas mileage, etc. He new our budget and did not try to pressure us into spending more than we were comfotorable with. It is because of John that we will use Pat Peck Honda again. I need to add that it is about 3 hours from our house in Baton Rouge, but well worth the drive. More

All of the sales staff were very professional and very kind. Vinh, a sales consultant that i got referred to was more than expected. He showed me to a brand new 2014 Honda Accord and showed me all the excellent features about the car. General sales manager by the name Jim gave us the best deal on the coast. Way better deal than Slidell or even Mobile. So i bought the car without hesitation. Rate from 1 through 5. Patpeck honda gets a 6 for wayyyyy above excellent service. So we made the trip from Abita Springs La to go check them out. We worked with John Palmer and he was very courteous and helpful. They definitely made the trip worth our while.
