They were very friendly and helpful. JC led me right to the car I ended up buying. He took the time to explain things to me and let me drive it. I came the next day with my husband so he could test drive it and check out all the things that he was interested in having or not having on a car. Also that we would both fit in it and could drive comfortably since there is almost a foot difference in our heights. We are pleased with the Honda Pilot and the service we received. Dropped my vehicle off for a 7:30 Monday appointment. Never heard anything. I called on Wednesday afternoon and was told I would get a call back. Never did. Received diagnostics report on Thursday mornin Never heard anything. I called on Wednesday afternoon and was told I would get a call back. Never did. Received diagnostics report on Thursday morning. Called and spoke to my service advisor who was supposed to ask tech follow up questions. Never heard back. Called Friday morning only to find out my service advisor had the day off. Reiterated my follow up questions to a different advisor who said she would ask the tech and call me back. Never heard anything. Called at 3:15 to ask if my van could be picked up. Was told it was still being worked on. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager. Was told that no service member was available to speak to me and the manager would call me back. At 5:10 a service member (not the manager) called to tell me they were putting in my new battery (this was approved early Thursday morning) and my car was ready to be picked up. It took them from 7:30 am Monday until 5:10 pm Friday to diagnose and replace a battery. That was the only service done. Absolutely awful communication and customer service from multiple service members and no return call from the service manager. More
