I keep trying to give this service dept a chance mainly because it is the only local Honda service. Appointments don’t seem to matter and they constantly screw up. She is only one person and hopefully they never lose her. If she leaves, I am done. More

When I got there they informed me that some of the options that were agreed to were not on the car and I would have to pay for them. Very disappointing in the trustworthiness. Don't waste your time.
