Worst service department experience. We have brought the Honda Pilot in 4/5 times without problem being resolved. Multiple pressure checks/ tests for leaks and smell, It is in the shop We have brought the Honda Pilot in 4/5 times without problem being resolved. Multiple pressure checks/ tests for leaks and smell, It is in the shop and has been since September 8 , 2023. The problem was overheating, no coolant in the reservoir and a chemical smell inside the car which started in April/May 2023. We were told no leaks, could not smell anything!!! On September 8, 2023 we discovered a large pool of bluish tinted liquid on the garage floor. Immediately taken to Pat Peck's service department where my husband was told he overfilled with coolant. We refused to take the honda home. The service department kept over the wknd . Monday September 11, 2023, a radiator leak had been discovered and can now be fixed for $900.00 or maybe more. I emailed the general manger concerning this issue. No response!! More
