"Deal Retraction"Had conversation with 2 sales people "Deal Retraction" Had conversation with 2 sales people on the phone. When I got there they informed me that some of the options that were agreed to were not on the car and I would have to pay for them. Very disappointing in the trustworthiness. Don't waste your time. Took my odyssey in for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. scheduled online for appointment and got quoted $135.xx. after the service is done im now charged $192.xx and the guy said he tried to b fluid flush. scheduled online for appointment and got quoted $135.xx. after the service is done im now charged $192.xx and the guy said he tried to bring it down to the price i got quoted but thats what he gotnit down too. i just paid them and took the $60 lost but i will not be back. terrible business model. thats why i drove over an hour in the other direction to buy my odyssey from a different dealership. avoid this place at all cost.
