I had several issues with my 2015 Honda Civic and although all the parts were not in to fix everythimy, 2 days wait wasn’t bad at all. I actually took it home with me and brought it back within those although all the parts were not in to fix everythimy, 2 days wait wasn’t bad at all. To have to fix transmission tubes, tie rod, alignment, drive belt and one other thing I cant remember, 6 hours wasn’t bad for a full house. I definitely recommend them any day of the week(except Sundays. You will be the only one there lol). There were refreshments in the lobby and also a quiet area that I learned of in the later part of my wait. I was sent a video recording of the issues with my car and that was such a good idea to whomever thought of that. To the mechanics and all who served me while there, I truly appreciate it. ♥️ P.S. The price was total fair and if eligible, you could do payments through a third party(I believe). More

I had my oil changed 2 weeks ago. Since then, I've had a knocking noise. I took it in today and told them I think something is loose. When I got home, my husband looked under the car and saw the panel was loose from when they did my oil changed. So 1st, why was oil not put in my car at the oil change and 2nd, did no one loo under my car to see if something was loose like I suggested. I was offered a free oil change bit I have zero faith in the service department so needless to say, I'm looking to trade in my honda More

I recently brought my Civic by the service center to get the A/C fixed. After replacing the compressor, the A/C worked for almost a month before it started blowing warm air. Then,after replacing the expansi the A/C fixed. After replacing the compressor, the A/C worked for almost a month before it started blowing warm air. Then,after replacing the expansion valve it worked for almost 2 weeks. Then, after replacing an O-ring it lasted TWO days. I had no idea air conditioners were so mysterious and hard to fix. Ay-yi-yi! We purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 1/14/2022, involving a trade-in. As of 2/11/2022 (4 weeks later), our trade-in loan has not been paid. After numerous calls to the dealership, we have been giv involving a trade-in. As of 2/11/2022 (4 weeks later), our trade-in loan has not been paid. After numerous calls to the dealership, we have been given many different excuses by several employees. The excuses given to us so far included Covid, incorrect mailing address for the finance company of the trade-in, and now the latest is that the local dealership does not handle these payments (but they are unable to get us in touch with anyone else that handles the payments?). We are currently paying 2 car notes and accruing daily interest on our trade-in. The dealership has made no effort to assist in resolution of this issue. My opinion is that these employees are either crooks or incompetent... Take your pick. More

I keep trying to give this service dept a chance mainly because it is the only local Honda service. Appointments don’t seem to matter and they constantly screw up.
