Awful service for a car repair. Their service department had the part for days before making the repair. I had to call for updates. My car was here for a week. Kevin in parts was great. I frequent this dealership often I have all of my car recommend service completed her this is the first time I had an issue. My current car is the third Honda I have owned I was disappointed to have engine issue under 150K miles. I am undecided if I will ever purchase another Honda. More
Arrived at dealership at 7:50AM for recall service. Told they were filled for the day while they had only opened at 7:30 and was told to schedule another visit. While at dealership asked to have oil ch Told they were filled for the day while they had only opened at 7:30 and was told to schedule another visit. While at dealership asked to have oil change and tire rotation done. At 9:15 AM located my service advisor and was told they are busy but would check on. its status. Approximately 9:45 spoke with service manager and finally received vehicle at 10:10 AM. As an owner of a Pilot and Ridgeline I am now questioning my continued loyalty to the Honda brand based on the poor service from this dealership. More
