Took car in for a 79. 95 Honda Factory Package inspection which includes oil change. Apparently light was on dash that indicates CMBS failure. When I called today Desiree said we only paid for an express service which included a walk around annd oil change and that they do not discuss lights on dash with car owner. That it’s up to us to tell them. That is craziest thing I ever heard. Anyway very disappointed and therefore Pat Peck has lost our business and I was planning on buying a new car but I’ll find another dealership. I had been told just a week ago that Pat Peck in Gulfport has worst service on coast. I now must agree it’s pretty bad if you as the suppose expert cannot walk out and tell owner that a light is on and that it meant that a particular problem needs addressing. We thought the light that was on there when we took it in was just indicating it needed oil change service. When I got an email later that stated some standard packages were recommended but the CMBS was not listed as issue. We waited in lobby for over two hours while they were suppose to be checking the car. Desiree said they took a picture of the dash and it shows the light on but that not up to service to address it with owner. More
