Very professional, not pushy, snacks, water and even coffee provided. Comfortable, plentiful seating provided. Well organized. Do not get your car appraised here. I went in to get my car appraised, a 2020 Subaru Ascent and they wanted to give me ~19k for it. Private party value on KBB is 24-26k, meaning that th I went in to get my car appraised, a 2020 Subaru Ascent and they wanted to give me ~19k for it. Private party value on KBB is 24-26k, meaning that they would probably turn around and sell it for 26K if not more. Additionally, my wife went on their own website and it guaranteed a trade-in price of ~22k. Extremely greedy if you ask me (the Ascent is in great condition) I get home and give them a call just to inquire about the difference since it struck me kind of odd that it would be such a difference. The guy answered and his tone was immediately aggressive, trying to give me dealer words to justify it which I thought was weird. He asked me if the car was "show room ready" which is kind of insulting to say the least. I was baffled at the disrespect and hung up. I WILL NOT RETURN OR EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. More
