Poor customer service, I stated multiple times that my wife and daughter would be waiting for service. 2 hours go by and I ask how much longer is it going to be the advisor says I thought you were droppin wife and daughter would be waiting for service. 2 hours go by and I ask how much longer is it going to be the advisor says I thought you were dropping it off. Had my timing belt and water pump and a couple more things replaced. It was regular maintenance. The dealership is great and my service advisor Alina Blett is the best. Jeremy,mgr and Darnell,finance, were fabulous. April,sales,not so much. She failed to scan dl and ins card. Called about a crack in the windshield. Faxed dl and ins card to finance. She called to let us know bank required info to be scanned and when we came in to bring info she required, “they” would look at the crack. Paid to have crack repaired ($50) as I did not inspect vehicle before leaving the lot. More
I made an appt with Alina to have my husband’s key issue with his car .. he couldn’t unlock his door.. when we arrived we were met with the technician who explained what he thought the problem was and that with his car .. he couldn’t unlock his door.. when we arrived we were met with the technician who explained what he thought the problem was and that Honda has a kit to fix the issue/issues.. He said he would he should have the problem solved and the car ready by 6 that evening.. at around 5:10 I got the text that his car was ready..We drove up to the dealership… I paid the bill and my husband has not had any problems or trouble since getting his car back…. I would definitely say Our Honda’s car maintenance debt is THE VERY VERY BEST !!!! More
