We brought my wife’s CR-V in for A123 service. It took 3 hours and 12 minutes; we were told to expect two hours. Two in, we were told another 30 minutes. It finally took another 72 minutes. We never received any in-progress updates or status, except when we asked. The TPMS was not reset to calibrate as required in the owner’s manual after a tire rotation. The front/rear tire pressures are supposed to be 33/30 psi. They were 30 & 31 front, 31 & 37 rear, after driving home. When we retrieved the car, we mentioned her Honda Link app was not updated. The basic response was clueless and who cares. The men’s bathroom was not clean, and it had noticeable lack of maintenance items. The waiting area had snacks, but we did not try any. More
