When I arrived at Westlake they couldn't find my appointment and then we figured out what had happened. They were very accommodating and took my car in right away. I had a nail on the inside wall of one of my Michelin tires on my new Equinox and needed a new tire that day. They got me new tire and also did a complimentary oil change that I had not been scheduled for. They even washed my car for me. Excellent service. More

If I could give zero stars I would Worst experience ever.....if I could I would give zero stars. I went there for a simple repair that was supposed to be covered under a recall. However Worst experience ever.....if I could I would give zero stars. I went there for a simple repair that was supposed to be covered under a recall. However when I got there they said the recall expired 10,000 miles ago. That of course makes zero sense but what could I do. Then on top of that, even though I knew what was wrong they wanted to charge me a $100 diagnostic fee on top of the cost to fix the issue. I of course spoke with the manager but only thing he did was push me off to the 1-800 number. Do not go to this dealership for anything. Even though I only dealt with service, I can only imagine what lies the sales people will tell since this place has no idea about customer service. More

Car service I had to get my fuel line replaced and Melissa Burgess was so helpful in getting the right mechanic on the job and walked me through every step of wha I had to get my fuel line replaced and Melissa Burgess was so helpful in getting the right mechanic on the job and walked me through every step of what was needed to get it accomplished so I could get my car back!
