Do Not Feel Like a Valued Customer I have owned this vehicle for one year and still cant open my garage door from the car. Parts were ordered and there was NO follow up. I finally calle I have owned this vehicle for one year and still cant open my garage door from the car. Parts were ordered and there was NO follow up. I finally called and found out 2 months later that the parts were in. Replacement was made and the opener still doesnt work. This dealership never followed up to find out if the repair worked. There is nothing to indicate that they value me as a customer. Promises made by the salesman were never honored. If they promise you something, dont leave the dealership with out getting it writing. I absolutely thought that spending $50k+ on a Tahoe would put me in a preferred customer experience. I'm jealous of the raving reviews I see on this site because I have not experienced anything near that level of service from Pat O'Brien Chevrolet. I am shopping for another dealership to service my Tahoe. More
