I bought my vehicle from them but won't buy another because of service department. Besides the normal dealership excuses "we can't duplicate it or that's within the normal sound" try calling and gettin because of service department. Use their online appointment and is freezes on the calendar date selection. Finally get a person and have them tell you " oh its a transmission issue? we can't get you in until Jan.? Called another dealership and then had me in the next Monday. Not just one incident, I'm not usually over critical, but I am not exaggerating. You will see and be disappointed. More
Dropped my truck off Monday evening. Wednesday morning I checked in on my truck ,and I find it sitting in front of one of there employees houses for over twenty minutes. Any time I have taken my car into service, they come and let me know how the service on the car is coming along and if they found any other issues. One time, I needed a new tire and it seemed like it was ta let me know how the service on the car is coming along and if they found any other issues. One time, I needed a new tire and it seemed like it was taking forever. Joey DeSantis kept checking on me and how the service was coming along. They also have a wonderful door to door service. At the time of my oil change, I was not able to get out due to illness at the time and they came and picked up my car and had the oil change done and a recall taken care of and brought the car back later in the day. The person let me know when he arrived at the dealership and called me to give me a heads up that he was heading back to my home. I have gone the Pat Milikin for years and overall I am very happy with their service. More

I did not mean to delete my 2 reviews on Pat Millenkin Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and mess Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and messages of me trying to get hold of a manager, still to this day no response. They claim I was out of warranty but was well in warranty the 2 day's after I received my vehicle back and was told they did everything. But come to find out they didn't. It's crazy how they tell customers that they can't get them in for months but where are those months going for the customers ? Sounds like a rip off game. And to answer Jordan question why wouldn't you guy's fix it under Ford's dime ? Well smart customers know under warranty the dealership don't get same amount as if a person paying out of pocket. It was also a manufacturer customer satisfaction program #20A07 for transmission that was suppose to add another year to my warranty but it never was. Then why lie on my carfax and said you checked my car but how when I had it moved because you was trying to get me to pay for another diagnostic test when the first one was never done. Sad how you guy's are telling people to come in months after the first call then when they warranty runs out oh now they can bring it in ? SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. More
