My vehicle was pick up at 10 am and returned all fix at about 12:20 noon.I love this I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. My boyfriend called and made an appointment to bring my truck in to have new tires put on. He told them he wanted a specific brand etc. Whoever he spoke with said o.k.. My boyfriend arrived early to the truck in to have new tires put on. He told them he wanted a specific brand etc. Whoever he spoke with said o.k.. My boyfriend arrived early to the dealership to find out the Did NOT have that specific tire there.!!! So he basically got up early, to arrive there early for NOTHING. I really feel like this is one of those deals where they just figure once you're inside the door, and you made the trip anyways, they're going to be able to sell you something. That's a really sad statement, but unfortunately I feel like that happens a lot nowadays. That does not make for happy customers, it makes for very angry and frustrated ones. It also makes it very likely that those customers won't be bringing their business back there. I just wanted to put this out there to let other people know. Just be aware of what you're told over the phone it's not always the truth! 😔 More
I came in to the dealership to get my transmission fixed. While it says on the internet that it still should be under extended warranty, the dealership denied that and said that it is not covered. I definitely would never ever buy, lease any Ford Vehicle from now on. I am a Teacher and this transmission problem is way over my Head if I wanna get it fixed out of my pocket. Definitely disappointed by the dealership and by Ford explorer. More
