Wendi and I visited 4 or 5 dealerships prior to stopping at Pat Milliken Ford, within 5 minutes on the lot we were approached and paired with a sales woman Katie Jesulaitis or “Katie J”. I want to say we are not the type of people who like high pressure sales tactics and there was never a moment we felt pressured or pushed by anyone at Pat Milliken. Katie J. was incredible, we test drove 4 vehicles, again no pressure to buy just an easy going atmosphere and an awesome sales woman. Katie J.made the entire experience flawless. We purchased one vehicle and leased another an F350 & F150. The team as a whole were fantastic from Katie J. our sales woman, Dean Adams the sales manager, Dave Post handling our finance, and brining it in at the end James Gorden a Technology specialist who did an awesome job running us through all the bells and whistles on our new vehicles. The team found every rebate, tax break, and upgraded warranty addition possible, they were unbelievable! Just a great job! In addition everyone as a whole, anyone we spoke with, everyone saying hello, being friendly, just all good people to work with. Katie J. provided us with an incredible and awesome sales experience.
