Mark was very courteous and when I decided to drive up he let me know what needed done to insure the truck would be there and it was and so after looking it over and Mark answering more questions I decided to purchase the truck at a price I couldn’t find anywhere else. Tim Shea provided exceptional service during a challenging time for me. After recently being discharged from bankruptcy, I was worried about my ability to get a new vehicle. Initially, I wanted to lease a car for the convenience of returning it once I got back on my feet, as I’ve never been keen on purchasing. At just 22, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Tim taught me so much. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to purchase my first vehicle—a 2022 Ford Escape—with one of the lowest interest rates available. He also explained what I could have done to qualify for leasing with Ford, including the importance of payment history. Tim shared that purchasing the car would be the quickest way to rebuild my credit, and now I no longer have to worry about being without a vehicle. Additionally, he assured me that in a year, I’ll have the opportunity to refinance at a lower rate or trade the vehicle in, and he promised to personally see that through. Tim was also incredibly personable and willing to answer all of my questions, making me feel supported throughout the process. This is the first dealership that I have made an appointment for service to be told by 2 employees that the appointment only puts me in line to have the car looked at and that might take 1 or 2 or 3 appointment for service to be told by 2 employees that the appointment only puts me in line to have the car looked at and that might take 1 or 2 or 3 days depending on the backlog of service work they have. Poor customer service huh,,,,,, poor scheduling huh,,,,I called a few more dealerships in area and was told vehicle would be looked day of appointment. Must be hard to be a service advisor to disappoint your customers like this. Would like to have service manager call me to explain customer service and overbooking. I bet after making an appointment for his doctor he would no want to wait a couple days in the office till the doctor had time for him. Never tell a customer an excuse, your problem should not be thiers. More
