John, we understand that your experience did not meet your expectations and we apologize for that. While our scheduling process is intended to allow a technician to look at a vehicle the day it comes in, occasionally factors arise that cause delays in this process. When that does happen we do our best to be transparent with the customer as to what is causing the delay and what the expected timeline will be.
