Rob did not care about me at all, he was more worried about bragging about how many cars he can sell in a month then actually listening to my needs or telling me about the car I was interested in. I was handed keys from somebody else and told to go find it on the lot while Rob helped out another customer. I had to wait over an hour and a half before I actually even spoke to Rob about the vehicle but I couldn't take it for a test drive while I waited because Rob needed to get my license. I understand being busy but that was just plain rude. He did not go over any of the features of the vehicle and just expected me to kind of figure everything out and make a decision on my own. He did nothing to earn his commission in my opinion. To top it all off some documents were missed in the signing process so they tried to send them over to me a month after I bought the vehicle and then continued to pester me to get them back to them when I did not have access to a printer and scanner for a couple of days. I'm sorry I understand that mistakes happen and things get missed and I will do what I can but it's not my fault that you messed up. This dealership does have some of the best deals around for used vehicles but take this review as a warning, do not buy from Rob More
Victor Rodopoulus & Pat Milliken Ford have been outstanding. New vehicle purchases can be stressful, but Victor made it less so. He was available to answer any questions or concerns as needed. This was a long process because my order was a reservation for a Bronco and al launch that stretched out 649 days from start to delivery. Once the vehicle was delivered, while I set up forwarding insurance coverage, Victor updated me with the final figures accounting for Ford price protection credits and rebates along with handling getting a new license plate. I forgot to tell him to add a "Recreation Passport" to my plate, but Victor was on top of it. He knew that someone buying this type of vehicle uses the park systems and included that for me in my plate purchase. That shows that Victor works to understand and know the customer. To finalize my purchase and gain an understanding of my vehicle, Victor went over the operation of many of the tech features and operation along with setting up connection activation assistance with Tony, one of Pat Milliken's tech experts. Next, I met with Tim to go over the extended service options available to me and let me know about adding these at a future date if needed. Before leaving with my vehicle, Kevin Koshkarian - General Sales Manager stopped to thank me for my purchase and vehicle selection along with making sure that everything was handled to my satisfaction, adding that if there was any additional information I needed or questions I forgot to ask, Pat Milliken Ford would be there for me. This experience is why PMF has been my dealer of choice for 28 years. I look forward to working with Victor for future purchases and would recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a new Ford at Pat Milliken Ford. More
