I always get nervous about car sales and maintenance, but everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely friendly, and Brian Holiday in particular was patient, friendly, not pushy, and FAST. I did not mean to delete my 2 reviews on Pat Millenkin Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and mess Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and messages of me trying to get hold of a manager, still to this day no response. They claim I was out of warranty but was well in warranty the 2 day's after I received my vehicle back and was told they did everything. But come to find out they didn't. It's crazy how they tell customers that they can't get them in for months but where are those months going for the customers ? Sounds like a rip off game. And to answer Jordan question why wouldn't you guy's fix it under Ford's dime ? Well smart customers know under warranty the dealership don't get same amount as if a person paying out of pocket. It was also a manufacturer customer satisfaction program #20A07 for transmission that was suppose to add another year to my warranty but it never was. Then why lie on my carfax and said you checked my car but how when I had it moved because you was trying to get me to pay for another diagnostic test when the first one was never done. Sad how you guy's are telling people to come in months after the first call then when they warranty runs out oh now they can bring it in ? SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. More

Purchased Used Certified 2019 Ford Edge. Low mileage. I traveled from out of state to pick up the vehicle. Was treated very well by the salesman and the technician. The buying experience Low mileage. The buying experience was very good from initial contact throughout the signing of the paperwork. However, during the 6 hour drive home I learned some things about the vehicle that disturbs me. At interstate speeds there is some major banging sounds underneath the car. Like something is hung up and flying in the wind and then banging the underside. it is totally enclosed with plastic looking shrouds so not sure what is happening, very aggravating. then when my wife got in to drive she tried to adjust the mirrors and the outside drive mirror does not work. We already knew there was a problem with activating Fordpass on the sync 3 system. So, just picked up what is a new car to us and immediately have to get it in to a dealer. Since it is Ford Certified, just assumed everything would be in working condition before selling to someone. This would be a dealership issue with me not the Salesperson whom I said was excellent. More
