I visited patmillikenford Thursday 2/3/2032 had this man as sales man. Extremely rude,rushing me, and over all would not allow me to drive cars that were able. Over all Patmillikenford advertising 25 gift card I did not get one nor offered.The man that does the trading was just as rude. The manager called encouragement the rushing. Now I will state if anyone had to buy from this dealership please go to two men that sit next to this man. Rick or Robb as I sat I seen how customer service should go! The porters asked did I want a drink not Mark Hollars. I guess because we all the same color. All is well I went to Subaru dealership in Ferndale Mi spend more then I wanted to buy so worth it. I have dealt with a particular salesman, Brian Holiday, for over ten years, the last five where he has been a member of Pat Milliken Ford. From sales to service and everything in between I feel Pat Milliken is a topnotch dealership and an asset to Ford Motor Company from which I am a retiree after forty years of service. This dealership provides reputable, quality service, and I specifically highly recommend Brian Holiday. I contacted them to schedule a test drive of a Maverick. They were the only dealership who actually I specifically highly recommend Brian Holiday. I contacted them to schedule a test drive of a Maverick. They were the only dealership who actually had one to test drive. Brian Holiday said that he would put me on a list so that if the option to order a Hybrid Maverick opened up, he would contact me. I thought wow that sounds too good to be true!!! However, as promised, Brian kept in touch with me and emailed, and texted me that the option to order might be available soon. Soon I was contacted and placed the order for the hybrid I wanted in the exact color, with 360 co pilot, moonroof, trunk extender, etc. I knew about all the delays in the process, so I didn't allow myself to get too hopeful. However, within a few months, I was notified that my truck had been built exactly as ordered, and showed a picture with title number, etc. Ultimately Pat Milliken Ford, and specifically Brian Holiday, got me my beautiful truck exactly as ordered. Brian did not try to add in any extra costs or added fees, and provided the best buying experience I have ever had, with no pressure at all!! There is a different Ford dealership that is much closer to me, but its worth it to work with the best and most honest "Certified Sales Professional" and best dealership in business!!. I will buy all my new or used vechicles from Brian Holiday, and Pat Milliken Ford, in the future!!! More

I love my vehicle. I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Pat Milliken Ford and could not be more content. I had been searching for a car for a while now when I came acr I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Pat Milliken Ford and could not be more content. I had been searching for a car for a while now when I came across a listing from Pat Milliken Ford. I wanted the car from the moment I saw it online. I requested info on the car and availability to take a look at it. Sadly, no one reached out to me immediately. I ended up reaching out to the dealership and getting in touch with Mark Hollars. I let him know what I was interested in and advised him that my timeframe was tight. Mark did not skip a beat. I was able to meet him the next day, see the car, test drive it, and tell him, "yes I want it." Mark helped me with every aspect. I had a couple of concerns with the car and Mark helped resolve all of them by being my advocate. The concerns I had were either resolved or a game plan set up to correct these issues by the time I rolled off the lot the same day. THATS IMPRESSIVE! I needed to get in touch with a service advisor shortly after. Mark got me in touch with the Service Dept, specifically Juliet Guertin. Again, AMAZING SERVICE! sometimes issues require parts, and in this day and age, we all know that the shipping industry has had constraints that have extended the time you have to wait to receive what you order. frustrating, yes but when I reached out, I was met with support from all ends. I would like to personally thank Mike Hollars and Juliet Guertin for helping me, dealing with me, and understanding me. I believe that these two people on the team at Pat Milliken Ford display Extraordinary Vision, Missions, and Values. The commitment, to make sure that everything that I wanted to be addressed, was addressed. The Passion to teach me that which I did not know without being spiteful. the Integrity of being honest and truthful about the history of the vehicle. and the Family value, which made me feel welcomed and not just another sale on the book.
