My vehicle was pick up at 10 am and returned all fix at about 12:20 noon.I love this I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. Update: I had to contact an attorney today since it’s been 4 months and we still can’t register the truck because Pat Milikin Ford has not submitted the paperwork to the state. They have refused to exten been 4 months and we still can’t register the truck because Pat Milikin Ford has not submitted the paperwork to the state. They have refused to extend the temporary tags, stated that I signed a paper stating that they wouldn’t have to give an extension or additional temporary tag, conveniently that paper is no where in my paperwork. This truck has been sitting since December of last year costing me over $1000 per month. Whose fault is it?? Mine according to them. Unbelievable!!! Our original salesman Mark Hollars does nothing but put ALL the blame on me and the sales manager Kevin is completely useless. 1. Rude salesman 2. Don’t complain about working 55hrs a week most especially to someone who works 90+ hours a week. 3. Truck broke down exactly 2 hours after purchase. Zero help from dealer sense they are closed all weekend long. 4. We fixed the truck on our own dime (starter). 5. The truck is broke down again, this time with turbo issues. It’s truly hard to fathom that this is the best dealership in MI. If I wasn’t in such a dire situation I would have left within the first 2 minutes of dealing with that salesman. I called today to talk to someone about this situation and I sat on hold forever just to be sent to a voicemail. I’ve purchased some 20 vehicles in the past 1 1/2 years and this is hands down the worst experience in ALL of my 35 years of buying vehicles. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs. There are amazing dealerships out there that can ship vehicles for cheap. More

My relationship with Joe Balhorn is outstanding, I like the dealership but Joe is what keeps me coming back. Joe is thorough, has answers to the many questions I have and they have varied from lease to le the dealership but Joe is what keeps me coming back. My boyfriend called and made an appointment to bring my truck in to have new tires put on. He told them he wanted a specific brand etc. Whoever he spoke with said o.k.. My boyfriend arrived early to the truck in to have new tires put on. He told them he wanted a specific brand etc. Whoever he spoke with said o.k.. My boyfriend arrived early to the dealership to find out the Did NOT have that specific tire there.!!! So he basically got up early, to arrive there early for NOTHING. I really feel like this is one of those deals where they just figure once you're inside the door, and you made the trip anyways, they're going to be able to sell you something. That's a really sad statement, but unfortunately I feel like that happens a lot nowadays. That does not make for happy customers, it makes for very angry and frustrated ones. It also makes it very likely that those customers won't be bringing their business back there. I just wanted to put this out there to let other people know. Just be aware of what you're told over the phone it's not always the truth! 😔 More
