What I have been a customer of Pat Milliken Ford for about 20 years and my wife for about 30 years. My wife and I have always dealt with Joe Balhorn. What I like about Joe is that he listens to what I want, offers some suggestions and then finds a great deal on the vehicle I want. No hard sales tactics. Just an honest buying experience. Back in 2008, General Motors was my customer ( I work for an automotive supplier) and I was all set to purchase a GM vehicle. I stopped by Pat Milliken and talked to Joe about what I was going to buy and why. He offered a similar Ford vehicle but GM was running a great promotion and the price difference was just too great. Joe agreed that he could not compete on the price and thanked me for giving him a shot at my business. Well, GM did several things that made me change my mind and I went back to Pat Milliken and purchased a 2008 Ford Focus. I was very happy with that vehicle. I just traded it in on a 2015 Ford Focus and was very pleased with the trade in value and overall ease of purchase on my new vehicle. My wife and I have visited other company dealerships and other Ford dealerships and always seem to end up back at Pat Milliken Ford with Joe Balhorn. When something works and works well, there is no reason to change it. More

Beyond Great Service I recently took my vehicle in for the "Works", oil change and tire rotation. Somehow my key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I got a ride home to I recently took my vehicle in for the "Works", oil change and tire rotation. Somehow my key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I got a ride home to look for it. Before I could call the service department and tell them to cut off the locking lug nuts, they had found a way to remove them, rotate my tires and provide me with a new set of locking lug nuts.
