Most recently I needed repairs for my 10 year old Freestar. The most important repair was done quickly and more than satisfactorily. However, the mirror I needed is no longer in the Ford inventory, yet my service representative, Ian Murphy, went out of his way to find comparable replacement mirrors that I can use. I appreciate Ian's initiative and dedication to satisfying his customers.
