Friendly fast service Came to turn in my previous lease I got from Don Kalie last week for the early lease termination. Brought the car in for an appraisal looked around the lot though they were extremely busy I was able to test drive a few engine and trim packages while don finished up with his first set of customers. Came back to the second couple that was ahead of me I rudely told don when he was leaving his office " that one will do the trick". The man sent me a vin by email while I went for a quick lunch got the insurance quote confirmed it was within budget.....since he sent me info on what the monthly would be somehow while still being swamped. By the time I was back the old car was appraised without a hassle and the truck I chose was sent over to the detail shop for prep. Came in signed the papers and completed credit check all within a half hour. Was my second time dealing with Don K and won't be my last. No lies came I the next day and got a certified pre owned for the spouse from don. Witch he was able to do in just a few hours. I'm 28 and don still treated me with respect and that's a big thing a real people person and not the kind that tries too hard. Just a real genuine guy. Referred by a friend and would recommend Don K to anyone looking for a new ford. More

Thanks for the help Keith I wasn't sure I wanted to turn in my Escape early, and pay the penalties, but I needed a bigger car, so I contacted Keith Kelly to see if he had any i I wasn't sure I wanted to turn in my Escape early, and pay the penalties, but I needed a bigger car, so I contacted Keith Kelly to see if he had any incentives that made sense for a new Explorer. He said there were a few, and worked up the numbers. For what I wanted, (a fully loaded 2016 Explorer XLT) the payment was slightly more than what I was paying with the 6 remaining payments rolled in. The problem was, the car I wanted wasn't available in the 4-state area, so I custom ordered it. He already made the deal, and I was just waiting for the truck to be delivered. Then halfway through my wait, a new incentive from Ford (which was unadvertised) was available. He immediately called to tell me the good news, that my new lease payment was substantially lower because Ford was picking up my last 6 payments, and nothing had to be rolled into the deal. Thanks Keith, you helped me get my dream truck, and saved me a ton of money in the process. More

Don Kalie has always taken the time to understand what I'm looking for and matched me with the perfect car in the right budget. When it was time for my son and daughter-in-law to buy cars, I sent them right to Don and he found used cars that were perfect for a young couple just starting out. I just picked up my dream car, a 2015 Mustang, and Don was clearly as passionate about cars as I am. Jerry in the finance dept put together a great package for me to take care of all my needs and stay within budget.
