Service department-2 big misses I brought my car in for regularly scheduled oil change/service appointment. I pointed out that the tire check light was on; the service tech just said I brought my car in for regularly scheduled oil change/service appointment. I pointed out that the tire check light was on; the service tech just said, "that's because it's too cold" and he reset the check light. The service techs failed to notice that THERE WAS A STAPLE IN THE SIDEWALL ON ONE TIRE. They also failed to notice that the bulb in one of my running lights was out. These 2 issues created a potential safety problem for me; it also created a sales opportunity for Belle Tire, who fixed them both later in the week. More

The Absolute Best! I have been purchasing my vehicles from Pat Milliken Ford for so many years I cannot count them anymore. Why would I stay with them so long since I ha I have been purchasing my vehicles from Pat Milliken Ford for so many years I cannot count them anymore. Why would I stay with them so long since I have retired and moved a great distance away since the time I began with them. The number one reason is my salesman - Don Kalie!!! He is just the absolute best of anyone you will ever experience! He is a really good man and actually cares about you! So, he has chosen to work for a wonderful dealership that also cares about you! He has taken considerable care of me in every way I need in choosing a new vehicle every other year. He checks every detail on the car to ensure I need it and reviews every other option I might need to make sure I get it. He brings the car to me! Can you believe it?! Besides his awesome talents (which I could go on and on about), he has the greatest sense of humor! You will enjoy a process that is not usually that much fun. Don is the Absolute Best!!!! More

Rusty is the best vehicle salesperson I've had the pleasure to work with, only one other even comes close (and he is long since retired). Very good searvice I needed a routine oil change with tire rotation. I did not have an appointment and I was very pleased with the service since it was quite quick even I needed a routine oil change with tire rotation.
