Service department I had a flat tire last week, but had scheduled a routine service appointment for this week. When I took my care in for the tire change, the service r I had a flat tire last week, but had scheduled a routine service appointment for this week. When I took my care in for the tire change, the service rep (Ian Murphy) not only took care of the tire issue, but went ahead and did the routine service while I was there. On top of it, my dirty care came out sparkling clean at the end. Great service!!! More
