Far from 5 stars Just moved to MI, went there to get an explorer... I stood there 5 min before anyone asked me if I needed something. Once I met the dealer, he took my trade 2016 Audi S3 (a 52k msrp) with 11k miles waited 35min to get an appraisal... the appraisal was ridiculous... He told me he will keep in touch to let me know if he can do better. No news the day after so I emailed him, he said he didn't had a better offer that he is working on it, day 2 nothing again... day 3 i went at Tom Holzer Ford and walked out with full loaded Explorer 2017 and a grade trade on the Audi. If I wish I could give 0 starts. I had 5 lease in the past, by far this was the worse experience I ever had. Mark Zadorozny the sales man name. More

Will not return I was referred to Pat Milliken Ford by a family friend. The person I was referred to was on vacation so his son called me & stated they worked togeth I was referred to Pat Milliken Ford by a family friend. The person I was referred to was on vacation so his son called me & stated they worked together. The quote I was given for my turn in was far less than I had received 2 other places. I was greeted with attitude when I would not settle for less. I finally got my vehicle for the price I wanted so it all worked out. A year & a half later I found myself in need of a larger vehicle so I called Sean to inquire about upgrading to an Explorer. He said he would look at numbers & get back to me but I never heard from him. I emailed & received no response again. Decided to get a Grand Cherokee & do a lease transfer with my Ford. When we arrived at Pat Milliken Ford to do the lease transfer paperwork it was obvious the Sean was not happy about it. I understand that his time is money & this was taking that time but this is Ford Credits policy, we were not 40 minutes from home by choice. The arrogance & attitude was unwarranted. He was upfront about never having to do this paperwork before. When he was unsure of how something should be filled out he stated "well, if it's wrong, you guys will just have to jump through some hoops". The person taking over my vehicle made comment about not being pleased with that response. He obviously felt we were wasting his time but I gave him the chance for my business & he never returned the call. More

All my relatives and friends buying cars from him and I have extremely friendly relationship with Joe for at least 15 years. Just recently I have bought a new Ford Focus RS, after ordering the vehicle I was waiting for more than 10 month and Joe, as usual, was updating information about order every week and been extremely supportive all this time. I am working for Ford Mo. Co. and some time resolving (from technical point of view) dealer issues with customers, so I have an understanding how dealerships treat its customers. Pat Milliken is a very good place to buy or lease vehicle, just go there and you will have a pleasant experience and for sure will be back again!!! More

Spoke to him on chat 1 year prior about a 2016 Fusion and somehow he found me thru email after I reache John Blanchard, what a great guy and salesman.
