Bate and Switch tactics I have been looking online for a certain vehicle, which Pat Miliken Ford advertised. I contacted them about the vehicle, which they said they had. I drove 1 1/2 hours one way to get there and have them tell me the car was already sold. They told me to look around and find something else. They didn't have anything else I was interested in. I was told just keep watching there adds and they walked away They were rude and they lied just to get us to there lot and sell something else. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. More

Kevin did everything he could to get my payment in the range that we needed. Even placing the vehicle on hold while I checked with my own credit union to see if I could find a better interest rate. Gerald Kronner also assisted Myself and my wife with post sale vehicle coverage and finding us a lender that fit our needs. I would have no problem purchasing another vehicle from this location. More

John Blanchard - Grade A+ Salesman John is exactly the car salesman I have always looked for. Told him what vehicle, color and options we were looking for. He found it, took my deposit and got the car to the dealership. Financing and insurance was sorted out and we picked up the car a few days later. Total time at dealership - Less than 2 hours. Outstanding. I've been to dealerships before that can barely figure out what you want when you tell them what you want in that time... John's found another customer that will return for all new car sales and will be referring family members and friends to him for a completely no hassle, easy new car buying process. Can't say enough about how easy it was to work with John. I contacted a few other dealers and got the come in and we'll find something nice for you when I give them exactly what I want or one took my car that I was going to use as a trade for 45 minutes to 'evaluate' it...Not John. Car was back in less than his stated 10 minutes. More
