We live in Davenport IA and saw they had a Chevy Equinox Premier. Messaged them over the weekend and we got a call Monday morning. Matthew was very helpful and accommodating. He went out in the snow and took a video for me... he communicated quickly and we were able to work out a deal. They worked with us on the price we needed and we were able to drive up there that evening to finalize the deal. It didn’t take hourssss like it usually does to do the purchase process. Had everything ready to go and got us in and out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them!! More

First new truck i have ever had.I have had my truck for 8 months. Its been in the shop for 8 weeks. Poor service. Don"t return calls. Been in for warranty work 3 times. First 2 times it was there 2 weeks eac months. Its been in the shop for 8 weeks. Poor service. Don"t return calls. Been in for warranty work 3 times. First 2 times it was there 2 weeks each. Its been there going on 4 weeks and counting now. Did not have some of the Accessorizes it was advertised with when i bought it.All the finance person was interested in was adding extra cost items. Good luck getting a call back from the service department. The sales department doesn't know the truck line at all. More

Andrew was amazing. He was very kind, patient and willing to help and listen to our needs. We agreed on a fair price for two vehicles and I did not feel pressured Finance was not fun to work with willing to help and listen to our needs. The gentleman felt very disingenuous and did not appreciate how he did not understand no meant no. Otherwise my experience was great! Highly recommend Andrew. More
