I've recently purchased two Jeep Wrangler 392 in the past 14 months. I buy cars quite often, so I am very familiar with dealer procedures. I could go on and on about service and knowledge of sales people, but in this case Andrew Pompei is truly knowledgeable about his product and was extremely helpful. What really sets these guys apart is what I describe as "old fashion service, with new world technology". I live in California and bought in Iowa, never visited the dealer or saw anyone face to face. At McGrath honestly, integrity and respect is noticeable throughout the dealership. Everyone respects the customer until they get their money, but these guys actually respect themselves, which is rare in the auto business. I ordered both of my vehicles out of state, I needed lots of information and pictures and it was never an issue for Andrew to provide. Also, with supply shortages delivery dates kept changing for what ever reason, Andrew continued to frequently give updates with no excuses, just being honest about it. The price I was told is what I actually paid. Even after delivery the general sales manager reached out to make sure I was happy with the purchase. But even that call was more then just checking off a box, it was truly sincere. Andrew Pompei is someone I highly recommend working with and I would definitely return to McGrath in the future. More
