Okay so I dropped my van off on Monday. They called later in the day to tell me that it was going to take longer than expected because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the sliding doors. Not a problem. On Tuesday I called to find out if it was done and it was. They had to do a lot of work to it get fixed but it works great. I was supposed to have it detailed the same time. Someone detailed one seat where the big stain was and that was it. I called back on Wednesday and was told it would be fully detailed when I get the drivers side door lock fixed (part on order). Service department has been great at helping me. So far my overall experience is still low but we will see if things change on round two of the detail. I think that in this point of the game the only way to make me happy is to have an outstanding experiance with the service department.
