Happy customer I went on line and looked at the car I wanted. I got a call in 5 min of putting in the request. My husband and I went to Cedar Rapids the next day and I went on line and looked at the car I wanted. I got a call in 5 min of putting in the request. My husband and I went to Cedar Rapids the next day and met with Jason Stratton. We were sold from the very beginning. When we walked in the door everyone was awesome and really listened to what we wanted. I hate going to look for cars, but I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle and I will tell everyone to go there. It was the best by far experience we have ever had and they really care about their customers. We left there with the car we wanted and a very happy customer.... Thank you Jason and Justin for your awsome service.. :-) More
brought our 2007 dodge caliber (which we bought there) for service. service center was clueless on why it stalled when driving. got fixed elsewhere. looking for a used car for my son , wife found one she for service. service center was clueless on why it stalled when driving. got fixed elsewhere. looking for a used car for my son , wife found one she liked 2013 dodge dart. caliber booked at over ten clean trade of 7,500 offered 5 to 5500 basic slap in the face got close at 7000 trade plus 1000 down and their tax incentive of match up to 1000. the Murph stepped in and lied to my face about the 1000 match saying it was already in the trade amount, counterdickive to their own paper work. had to go out in the -0 degree weather and lay on the ground to point out that the car we were about to purchase was missing covers underneath the car. trevor salesman n the new car managers with service men where clueless til they brought a car in to compare. Zac got it taken care of. in short service is inept, salesmen like pawns, GM "the Murph" every cliché you hate about a caresalesman. SHOULD have been a better buying experience for want to WIN me back. More

I contacted the dealer and made arrangements to meet with Sean Maxon. I made the drive, sealed the deal and drove home a very happy and satisfied customer! The reason" why" i gave my high rating is the way i was treated! Sean and the crew were the best people i have ever dealt with at any dealership! Highly recommended. I had unknowingly left my glasses at the dealership, But Sean mailed them to me! Thank you. More
Jason was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, he was very curious, fun, and quick with answers. My wife and I went to this dealer to look to trade out 2010 Malibu on a 2013 Journey. We have 3 kids and needed more room. The first issue we had was with the amount they were willing to give me for my 2010 Malibu on a 2013 Journey. We have 3 kids and needed more room. The first issue we had was with the amount they were willing to give me for my trade, I expected to be upside down a little but they only offered 9k on a car their sister dealership sold me 6 months earlier for 15k. They would not come down on their price of the car since it was "already" on sale. I told them I had a cummins/dodge discount from my dad and asked to see the dealer invoice since the discount is a certain amount over invoice and they declined to show me. So that was the end of the negotiations at that point. I went to an out of area dealer who had a similar Journey for about 5k less than Pat Mcgrath, and they also offered 11k for my trade. I called Kirk Boyd our salesmen and let him know the deal they were willing to give elsewhere and asked him to see what he could do, since there store had the one we wanted. He came back and said he could 10.5k on the trade (funny out quickly that went up). I told him okay I will give you an application to see what you can do with the 10.5 on the trade. I get to the dealership a few hours later and he says "sorry, I can only do 9k on the malibu on the white journey", but if you want a different one I can do 10.5. It was all just one big run around after another, they were rude, not curtious, and had us waiting hours at the dealer only to come back with unrealistic figures and not ambition on getting them any lower. Kirk was the worst sales experience I have ever had anywhere, he was not concerned to what I was looking for and just didn't seem to concerned with selling me a car or not. It was the end of the month and I guess he already made the money he needd. Overall my experience was terrible and I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want a bad deal (you think is good) and rude service. I suppose if you have perfect credit and cash they may be a little more curtious to you at the point. HORRIBLE!!!! More
My least favorite thing to do is go car "shopping"...but from the first handshake to the last one as we pulled out of Pat McGrath with our new used vehicles..it was the BEST experience we h "shopping"...but from the first handshake to the last one as we pulled out of Pat McGrath with our new used vehicles..it was the BEST experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Gary is an honest, tell it like it is, car salesman. But he is more than a car salesman. He genuinely likes people and enjoys helping them find what they want. We were VERY satisfied and will recommend Pat McGrath (Gary Suby) to our friends and family. We LOVE our vehicles! More
