The staff in every department made me feel important. The atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and welcoming. I didn't plan on purchasing a car, I was just doing some research, but the quality of the ve atmosphere of the dealership was friendly and welcoming. We brought our 2008 Dodge Caravan for a part recall with no intention of buying a new car. While waiting, we walked into the showroom and saw a 2012 Town & Country calling our name. Josh Bear assited us, showing us all the features and options on the car. What we liked the most was there was no high pressure salesmanship which is a turnoff. Josh, Dan and Byron were all knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More
Quality of vehicle: Okay bought my 2010 Chrysler T&C for Pat McGrath dodge. So far it has been nothing but problems and I haven't had it a full week. 1st after a few days of driving the muffler T&C for Pat McGrath dodge. So far it has been nothing but problems and I haven't had it a full week. 1st after a few days of driving the muffler started rattling bad. I put my foot on it and it stopped. Hasn't done this since I hope they will fix it tomorrow. 2nd both of my power sliding doors quite working. Don't know if we cause this by pushing buttons or something but the owners manual doesn't address this. 3rd I found a leaking power steering hose. I haven't even had it a week and already this many problems. Now I am hoping they will fix these things tomorrow when I have it detailed and a second key made. I am starting to question if they even did the 125 certified check point or if they just marked it down on the paper work. I will repost with an update after I get my vehicle back tomorrow. As it stands now not very happy. Service: I worked with Anthony Frenz. He was very polite. When we first came in we decided not to buy. Then we thought about it over the weekend. When we told him we would buy he went above and beyond to get the things I asked for (i.e, Detail and second key). Service has been great so far. Hopefully it keeps up with above paragraph. As it stands now I'm am not happy. I hope tomorrow will change my mind. More
as soon as I arrived I was greeted with smiles. then I showed a picture of what kind of truck I was more interested in and they brought me the exact year make and model. I went to look. Gary allowed me to drive 3 or 4 vehicles until I said this is the one for me. He (and the rest of the sales team) put together an offer that exceded my purchasing criteria (price/trade wis until I said this is the one for me. I was pleased enough with the deal that I told Gary I would buy from McvGrath and by-pass the other dealership where I had intended to look & price (3) of their vehicles. I dislike shopping for new/used vehicles, but this was the B-E-S-T car buying experience I've ever had. More

When we purchased our used 2010 last week there was only one key. We had to pay for another fob and key which we felt should have been handled by the dealership.
