Slow...bad..horrible Oil change & tire rotation took 1hr & 20min..I could see it out the window..Done for 5min of that..Frustrating after waiting that long. Guy that checked me in said have some fruit or a danish..I could have laughed.I got there shortly after 8:00am and never saw a crumb or any fruit..Same thing my first two visits. More

Horrible experience after the sale. Let me start off by saying this has nothing to do with our sales person Michael Rettig he was by far the best sales person we have ever dealt with. This has to do with the service we received after we purchased our brand new 2014 Dodge Ram SLT. The truck has the new 8 speed Hemi in it (I would not recommend anyone buy a truck with this in it). We had the truck for a week and the transmission started slipping and we noticed that the paint and clearcoat was horrible. We drove the truck down to McGrath for service (we live roughly 75 miles away) to have the transmission fixed the service department told us they would have a truck for us to use while it was in service (we need this for our business). When we arrived we learned that there was not a truck available and we would have to take a car from Enterprise car rental. Needless to say we did not know they would charge us $50 for that car, so that was a shock. We brought the truck home after the transmission was fixed and drove it for a couple weeks and the transmission started to leak again (the smell was horrible). So we drove the 75 miles back down there for them to fix it again and repaint the truck. We were told again that they would have a truck for us and of course they didn't. So they pulled a truck that was just traded in for us to drive. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Full of garbage, dog hair, filth and it smelled of smoke so bad we had to drive with the windows down on the highway home. The funny thing is they made us sign a document that said we would not smoke in the truck. What a joke. They have had our truck going on 3 weeks when we received a phone call from the service manager stating that the new transmission is on back-order until November 5th. Which is another 5 weeks away. They have had this truck longer than we have and out of the 2,000 miles on it 3/4 are from driving back and forth to the dealership. The service manager told us that they might trade us out of the truck because of the issues we have had with this truck. When we contacted the sales department about this they expected us to give them $3,000 to trade on a 2014 truck that was less money with less options. Or $6,000 for a truck that was the same price with different options. We refuse to give money for a trade. We spoke with the general sales manager John Vasquez (Pat McGrath's son-in-law about this and all he did was give us the run around. We also told them to give us the money they sold our truck that we traded for this one (they sold it the day after we traded it because it was a nice truck) and we would walk away from the new truck. Of course we did not get a response for that option either. We have to take the loaner truck back down to the dealership today and they claim they will have a truck for us. We will see. We also emailed Murphy McGrath who I assume is Pat McGrath's son and the General Manager of the dealership 3 days ago and he has not responded. Obviously he doesn't care about his customers or he would have responded. We referred someone down there and she leased a new Dodge Dart, believe me, we will never refer anyone else down there. A case has been opened with Chrysler about this so we will see what they have to say about this. With all this said we will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. We actually wish Michael Rettig was a salesman at dealership in our town because we go to him just not Pat McGrath Dodge. -Fed up Customer More

Seamless Quality customer service I was greeted as soon as i arrived and was immediately asked how I could be helped. No was tried to talk me into a deal. When I arrived 3 hrs early for my appt due to family issues another employee explained it was my salesman's day off and wasn't scheduled in for a few hours he offered to call Trevor. Trevor came within 15 minutes. I was more than appreciative. Communication between different departments was expedited. Buying a car is a formidable prospect for a 69 year old single woman. I pride myself in doing research regarding the vehicle qualities I desired and talking to others about who to trust.
