Great experience at mcgrath Jeff and other McGrath colleagues treated me with respect and made me feel welcome at the dealership. As I come from Europe they explained me how ever Jeff and other McGrath colleagues treated me with respect and made me feel welcome at the dealership. As I come from Europe they explained me how everything works when you buy a car in Iowa. We had some good discussions and meetings. I am the happy owner of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sales staff exhibited an exceptional degree of professionalism, knowledge, confidence, interest, and the ability to gain my trust. Kirk was well versed on the vehicle in question, and proved to be an excellent source of information. I knew most of the detailed information already, but it was refreshing to have a salesman who knew as much or more about the vehicle than myself. I had completed extensive research prior to searching for my preferred vehicle. This included general and detailed information about the vehicle, as well as pricing and added fees. I solicited numerous dealerships for best pricing, and McGrath was among the best. Negotiations were fair and straightforward. The entire purchasing process was handled in an efficient, precise, and pleasant manner. I was able to purchase the exact vehicle I desired at a very fair price. I have very high expectations, and this entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would certainly purchase again from Kirk and the others at McGrath. I highly recommend this dealership. More
