2019 Ram Limited I was in the market for a Ram. I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Nathan Gorman. We went over what I was looking for. He did not hav I was in the market for a Ram. He did not have what I was looking for on had, so he went on a hunt for me to find the truck I was looking for. After trying to get 3 trucks locally with no luck, He tracked down one in Cincinnati, Ohio. He arranged to have the vehicle brought up to me. He even went out of his way to drive to a place that was close to where I live. He then took the time to show me how to work all the features on the truck. He was personable, friendly, funny, and knowledgable! I feel that he was honest and real with me, which is kind of unheard of for a salesman lol! But I truly left feeling satisfied that I made the right choice and got a fair price! Kattie in Finance was a pleasure! She was so sweet to my 4 year old, could handle his disruptions with ease all while never once forgetting where she was and keeping the process going! We were going to be on a ten hour drive home when we finished, and I felt that she helped facilitate getting us in and out of finance, all while obtaining a really good finance offer for us and making sure we completely understood everything we signed and had questions about! I left her office with the feeling that I received a full disclosure and would not be surprised by anything due to her thouroughness. It was very much appreciated!! Murphy McGrath, the GM, was also extraordinary! He seriously bought us dinner and brought it to us! Very kind, awesome in dealing with our kid, very personable, and was determined to do whatever he could to get us in the vehicle I wanted at a price I would agree to. Overall, we left with the feeling that every single person we met were now our good friends, that we were treated with respect, that we were valued as customers, and that we will be taken care of in the future! I know it was the best choice I could have made when I chose to buy a new vehicle in Iowa instead of waiting until I got back to Oklahoma, because this was truly the best experience I have ever had. From now on, every vehicle we buy will be purchased from McGrath! Their honesty, transparency, friendliness, and quality is reflected and appreciated!!!!! More

He does not treat the customer as a customer. He treated me as a freind and truly solved the issues I was having and listened to what it was I was needing the outcome to be. He worked amazing with his team and was able to achieve the goal of having me as a happy customer leaving with a new vehicle. Justin Bergman helped obtain the goal I needed with finding me a vehicle to fit in my price budget that was given to him with Nates guidance of what I was looking for. McGrath Defeats the Bully So, I entered the McGrath Dodge dealership in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, looking to upgrade from my 12-year-old, 200,000 mile, Audi A6 Quattro. (This particu So, I entered the McGrath Dodge dealership in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, looking to upgrade from my 12-year-old, 200,000 mile, Audi A6 Quattro. (This particular vehicle has never left me stranded and I’ve owned it for five years-it was another McGrath dealership that sold me this auto, that’s why I returned to McGrath for an “upgraded” auto!) The first thing we performed was a credit check. Now, mind you, I have never missed a payment on any of my accounts for the past 7 years! The McGrath dealership salesman, Nate Gorman, even complimented me on my payment record! However, even though I’ve NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT on any of my accounts for the past 7 years, not a single bank would finance me because they felt I had a larger debt load than I should. (So I’ve come to the conclusion that the entire credit score and credit rating scheme is a fraud and a scam used by large banks to manipulate and abuse consumers. Bullies I call them!!) However, Nate Gorman did not give up. Even though the large banks continually denied Nate’s request for an auto loan for his customer (ME!), Nate refused to be discouraged and used his extensive experience in car sales and overcame the negativity displayed by the large financial institutions. Even though it took longer than a day, Nate continued to research and contact appropriate personnel and, through his hard work, he was able to acquire a loan for me for not just any “upgraded” vehicle, but for a BRAND NEW DODGE SUV!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHAT?!?!?! Nate Gorman confronted the bullies (large financial institutions). Nate Gorman, BULLY KILLER!!!! McGrath Dealerships should be VERY PROUD of Nate, he’s a proven dedicated, devoted and zealously loyal ambassador to the mission to which he is assigned. He would be an asset to ANY company in ANY field. Where will I buy my next car from? Well, if Nate is still working for McGrath in a “few” years, I’ll be specifically asking for him to handle my new transaction. Since she knew what she wanted, the McGrath Team had us in and out of the dealer in less than three hours. This was a substantially faster experience than with our 2012 Durango (also bought from McGrath). Our sales-person was Chelsea, she was personable, friendly and open minded. She worked with us to get my wife exactly what she wanted. The wife is in love with her 2019 Durango, and I get to drive her hand-me-down 2012 Durango, so we are a happy family. More

The salesman made an effort to remember our names. I did not need financing and was ready to write a check, so I was disappointed, maybe annoyed, that the business office kept us waiting for over one and a half hours. Our salesman was polite and friendly; he was prepared to go over the features of our vehicle. However, he was lacking some basic skills such as switching license plates. He forgot (lost?) the dealer plate inside the vehicle, which we discovered when we got home. We appreciated the route he chose for our test drive; it demonstrated the capabilities of the vehicle. From this beginning to the end of purchase, he was very helpful, kind but not too aggressive. He is also very knowledgeable about cars. Among of those his excellent sales skills, we are most impressed by his efficiency, At the second visit, he had already pulled out the cars of our interest in front of the door and was ready for a test drive for us. And while we were dealing with the paperwork, he pulled the car into the showroom (already switching the license plate !) for a final check-out avoiding the freezing temperature.
