The service was fine, the cost sucked. I was in for an oil change and my back up camera was hazy. Oil change was fine, but they came back and told me the camera needed to be replaced on a I was in for an oil change and my back up camera was hazy. Oil change was fine, but they came back and told me the camera needed to be replaced on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was going to cost over $670. I think it is ridiculous that it would go out in the first place and so high priced in the second place. I've never heard of a back up camera going bad. I may have owned my last Jeep!!! More

Nice people until the sale is final. Only 1 stars cause the salesmen were nice. Otherwise they over charged us and lied to us. And now are refusing to fix the situation. Only went with McGrath cause they were the only dealership that would honor the correct online pricing. They burned us in the past and I guess we should have known better to go back. In 2011 they sold us a lemon, then the car we replaced it with was way over priced. In 2013 we were looking at a Dodge Dart and they ran our credit without us filling out a credit app, then they ran it for 7 hard inquires for a vehicle we never bought, dealers are only suppose to do soft inquires until a purchase is made. As a result our credit took a huge hit and made us look bad to other dealers so we almost couldn't buy any car. Finally in 2018 there was 3 rebates on the table and were included in our negotiations but when it came to the paperwork they weren't included. We qualified for all 3 rebates but they chose not to honor them. And when I tried contacting the dealer about a refund they said too bad. More
