I submitted a used car inquiry online and within 48 hours Joe Wilson located a used vehicle available within our modest price range. He called us to the dealership and took us for a test drive and shortly thereafter we purchased the vehicle on the spot with no haggling. If I could offer one recommendation it would be that when the customer says 'no, thank you' at the very outset when the Finance rep offers the wide choices of 'extra' packages and maintenance programs available to the consumer [*particularly* if the customer purchases a used vehicle as 'as-is' with cash up front]; to accept the 'no, thank you' the first time and not come back on four different occasions with variations of the same thing [which is what happened to us]. That was very annoying; and the only aspect of our buying experience that was upleasant. More
