I have given Pat McGrath a well deserved great rating. Nate Cracraft, my salesperson, went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a 2010 Equinox, but also wanted to take advantage of the cash for clunkers deal that the government was offerring, so my time table was very short. The Equinox vehicles were selling before they were delivered to the lots. Nate called me when the first truck arrived with a vehicle on it that had not been sold. I looked at it with the tape and all still firmly attached. I expected alot of pressure to buy this particular vehicle, but only received answers to all of my questions in a very patient manner (I had alot of them). After purchasing my vehicle, I walked away with a great feeling (no doubts whatsoever). I also had a great experience with Justin Rozinek. He's in charge of selling you the undercoating, mud flaps, pinstripes, etc. Once again, I expected high pressure to purchase things I didnt need or maybe even want. But once again, only received answers to all of my questions, and his guidance when I asked for it. All in all, LOVE my new car, but also enjoyed the process of purchasing it. Andy was very helpful in his followup to our initial call about a vehicle and his attention to us following the sale. The only mistake we made was not understanding the various levels of trim models in the about a vehicle and his attention to us following the sale. The only mistake we made was not understanding the various levels of trim models in the 2009 Trailblazer line--we may have looked at a different model to price because the new Trailblazer did not have some of the features our 2002 Trailblazer LT had. My previous experiences purchasing cars were not all that great so when it came time for me to purchase my current car, I was less than enthusiastic! Having contacted several dealers, I was pleased when Nate great so when it came time for me to purchase my current car, I was less than enthusiastic! Having contacted several dealers, I was pleased when Nate contacted me. His responses were prompt, informative and he was very helpful! I had just had a serious car accident and he was willing to work with me over the internet and phone since I couldn't make it into the dealership. Once I was able to get there to test drive cars, Nate again was very helpful! There was no pressure to buy although I had already made up my mind I was getting a car that day from McGrath! He had the cars I wanted to drive ready which made it very easy for me to chose. We were able to get the financing dealt with quickly. He made sure that I knew the features of my car before leaving the lot and made sure the Onstar was working! Since I had a rental, he helped me return it which was above and beyond what he had to do. The overall experience was pretty good. We were there late looking at cars and we didn't feel hurried along to make the sale. At least not until we sat down for some number crunching. Maybe it was our fault for not looking into the numbers as such, but the deal we got was pretty decent. The intial price (without counting the trade in) was less then what Edmunds.com advised to pay for this particular vehicle. With the trade in and getting an extended warranty, we still paid less then the original stated price. Whether or not that was because of the trade in, I can't say (but I would assume so). Andy was very helpful, both in person and via e-mail. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had. Due to personal reasons we were not able to get together as we had hoped, but he stayed in contact without being pushy or overbearing. More
