I will start by saying I have been contemplating buying a new or used vehicle for quite some time. I bought my first "newer" vehicle from this dealer 12 years ago and 2 yrs. later decided to upgrade. The fir new or used vehicle for quite some time. I bought my first "newer" vehicle from this dealer 12 years ago and 2 yrs. later decided to upgrade. The first experience was pretty good, the next I walked out on due to the sales rep. nearly forcing a vehicle I clearly stated I didn't want, well, you know where. Things and times have changed and so have their practices in sales technique, at least with the guy I worked with, Brent O'Donnell. He listened to my needs and didn't seem rushed like he needed to make another sale. He answered, with detailed knowledge, all my questions and knew the vehicle, although used, as if it were he who designed it. That was refreshing and impressive, if all people in car sales were that way I believe there would be happier people with less complaints. He didn't brush my concerns aside and didn't pressure me into a final sale and afterward even left a gift bag for my wife and I. As for the sales and finance, I didn't get the usual, "lets hussle this up buddy, I got sales to take care of" feel. Tim Day was extremely patient and fair as far as going above and beyond. He answered all my questions, (even when I sidetracked him with questions about Iraq, he is a veteran and I forgot to thank him so if you see this Tim, thank you!) I can actually say, I walked away with a feeling like I got a fair shake and a nice vehicle. Although I haven't had the vehicle long enough to say if the customer service department(for repair and service)will stand up to my liking, my initial buying experience was far beyond what I expected. Brent stayed over to make sure everything went smooth and even though things were locked up and people were gone he stuck around to make sure I got the things out of my other vehicle, which I left in their lot overnight (they let me take my new car even though the paperwork wasn't finished) I recommend this dealer and especially Brent and Tim, as far as staff. Can't speak for the rest of the crew as I didn't have a chance to work with them. Oh and as far as the list and pricing (that I see another consumer had issues with) I did not have that experience. I asked how much and was stated the price. It didn't change with different scenarios as I have had happen in the past) Don't know if that is always the case or if Brent was just straight from the start but I would recommend him to my friends. Stay away from these guys. They sold us a lemon! The day we took the vehicle off the lot, we had window and sun roof issues. The window was taken back 2 differnt times, the sun roof was sent to be fixed a c we took the vehicle off the lot, we had window and sun roof issues. The window was taken back 2 differnt times, the sun roof was sent to be fixed a couple times and we ended up fixing it ourselves. It had various other issues including transmission and engine knocks. We called and they claimed to be looking for a similar type vehicle to trade us. We were told this after repeated calls for a couple months. After our warranty was up, they refused to help us saying there is nothing they could do. We should have taken the advice we were given to avoid that place. We were left with a vehicle that we paid way too much for, had too high of intrest and didnt run well. We are paying for something we cant use. More
I called and set up an appointment to look over a vehicle I called and set up an appointment to look over a vehicle I had seen in one of their ads.The vehicle looked good and test drove fine but the price w I called and set up an appointment to look over a vehicle I had seen in one of their ads.The vehicle looked good and test drove fine but the price was $4600.00 over kelly blue book retail price .I then told them what I had to trade, I owed nothing on it and they told me they would give me $3000.00 plus I had another $1200.00 cash to put down. The vehicle price was listed at $11,900.00.My wife my daughter and I sat there for 6 hours while they tried to get us financing and during that time our salesman left for lunch and never had the courtesy to tell us he was leaving.Well after sitting there most the day they told us we should just go home and they would call when they heard something.Well here it is 2 months later and we have'nt heard a word from them and when I read the ad it stated guarunteed financing for everyone. One week after we went there we visited a small dealership in a nearby town and left with a 2006 Ford F350 4X4 diesel with 96K miles. And it wasn't like I had never purchased vehicles at McGraths, in the past I had purchased a brand new S10 ZR2 pickup and a new Camaro.Well needless to say I will never visit McGraths again and I will make it a point to tell everyone I can that is looking for a car my story of being held captive for 6 hours just so they could run my credit. Shame on you Pat McGraths More
Working with Joe and Andy was a great experience. I have purchased many vehicles and this ranks as one of the best experiences - definitely will be back. Everyday since our purchase we have recieved mail, calls, emails and a gift from the dealership. That shows that they really do care about the customers and not just another sell. More
Andy gave us the information we needed to complete the transaction. He was very friendly at all times, and even stuck with us through the awful setup of our Onstar account. The overall experience was ok transaction. He was very friendly at all times, and even stuck with us through the awful setup of our Onstar account. The overall experience was ok, but it took almost four hours to complete the transaction, and the finance officer failed to provide us with the amount of car payments without the extended-warranty program. That seemed sleazy. The price was essentially blue book plus, so no great shakes there. I would recommend this dealer and salesman again. More

I have given Pat McGrath a well deserved great rating. Nate Cracraft, my salesperson, went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a 2010 Equinox, but also wanted to take adv Nate Cracraft, my salesperson, went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a 2010 Equinox, but also wanted to take advantage of the cash for clunkers deal that the government was offerring, so my time table was very short. The Equinox vehicles were selling before they were delivered to the lots. Nate called me when the first truck arrived with a vehicle on it that had not been sold. I looked at it with the tape and all still firmly attached. I expected alot of pressure to buy this particular vehicle, but only received answers to all of my questions in a very patient manner (I had alot of them). After purchasing my vehicle, I walked away with a great feeling (no doubts whatsoever). I also had a great experience with Justin Rozinek. He's in charge of selling you the undercoating, mud flaps, pinstripes, etc. Once again, I expected high pressure to purchase things I didnt need or maybe even want. But once again, only received answers to all of my questions, and his guidance when I asked for it. All in all, LOVE my new car, but also enjoyed the process of purchasing it. Everyone at Pat McGrath was very friendly. I would not hesitate for a second in recommending them to someone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
