I purchased a truck from McGrath in 1997 and was not pleased. I went elsewhere in 2003. A friend recomended McGrath because of his purchase of a new car. I thought I would give McGrath a try again. I found John Bakers sales methods were what I was looking for. No high pressure tactics. John gave me a tour of the dealership and service department. I think that service is improtant to have a company such as GM and a dealership as McGrath stand behind their product. I would recomend John to anyone looking to but a new or used car or truck. I have had my new Colorado for almost a week now and love it. More

We stopped into the dealership just as they were closing at 6 pm on a Saturday. I spotted a Traverse on the lot that had everything I wanted, color and all. Peeked in the door and found out they were closing, so I said that was okay and prepared to leave. They said they could help me. They fired up the car I wanted to look at and while we were gone the sales manager drove my car and worked up a quote for me. Long story short, we agreed on a price and in less than two hours I was on the way home with my new car. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, and they were all staying after hours to help me. I chose McGrath because they were very helpful when I first approached them. At first I approached 4 local Chevy dealers but McGrath was the only one who was very direct with regards to what price they first approached them. I would also like to add that the MAIN reason I came to McGrath was Bobbi Breitkreutz. She was very honest with me and was quick to reply with the answers I needed.
